 Every carpet cleaning begins with a thorough vacuuming of the areas being cleaned. Removing loose dirt, dust, pet hair, and surface debris before applying cleaning products allows our professional equipment to focus on the dirt and buildup embedded deeper within the carpet fibers.

We also inspect the carpet for heavily soiled areas, spots, stains, and other problem areas that may require additional attention during the cleaning process.

 Once the carpet has been prepared, we apply a professional-grade carpet cleaning pre-spray throughout the area.

The pre-spray is designed to penetrate the carpet fibers and begin breaking down oils, dirt, grime, and other buildup that vacuuming cannot remove. We allow the cleaning solution time to work before moving on to the next step.

Heavily traveled areas and problem spots can receive additional treatment when necessary.

 After applying the pre-spray, we thoroughly agitate the carpet using specialized professional equipment.

Agitation helps work the cleaning solution deeper into the carpet fibers while loosening stubborn dirt and buildup. This important step allows the pre-spray to make better contact throughout the carpet and prepares the fibers for the extraction process.

 This is where the deep cleaning happens.

Using a professional steam cleaning wand and hot water extraction system, we thoroughly rinse and extract the carpet. Our equipment sends high-temperature cleaning water through a pressurized line to flush loosened dirt and contaminants from deep within the carpet fibers.

At the same time, the powerful vacuum system built into the cleaning wand immediately extracts the dirty water, cleaning solution, and loosened debris from the carpet.

Rather than simply cleaning the surface, this combination of heat, water pressure, and powerful extraction provides a deep carpet cleaning that removes the dirt and grime that has accumulated within the carpet fibers.

 After the carpet has been thoroughly cleaned and extracted, we take steps to help remove excess moisture and promote faster drying.

We then perform a final inspection of the cleaned areas to make sure the carpet has been thoroughly cleaned and any problem areas have received the attention they need.
